The perfect balance of creativity and strategy

Like so many other companies in 2020, COVID-19 caused Carlile Transportation to institute a company-wide hiring freeze. As fear of the pandemic spread and supply chain demands grew, it became both critical and virtually impossible to find job candidates. In Q4 of 2020, Carlile found itself short on drivers and mechanics.

Our primary objective was to fill local truck drivers and mechanical job openings. Our secondary objective was to get additional applications for future consideration to fill positions such as yard workers. These brightly colored ads drew in potential candidates, and the hearty, straight-forward messaging appealed to the common man.
