YUIT designed and developed the Carlile.biz website, collaborating closely with Carlile’s IT department to meet all IT requirements. The website aims to enhance customer experience, emphasizing Customer Connect features such as the customer portal, quotes, and bill pay, which analytics showed were most used by users.
