Last year, 12 children and two adults at Glacier Valley Elementary School in Juneau, Alaska, mistakenly drank floor sealant, thinking it was milk. The Juneau School District contracts with NANA Management Services (NMS) for food services. NMS is a client of Yuit Communications and engaged our team for crisis communication efforts. Through strategic communications, Yuit helped NMS navigate the crisis with transparency that resulted in mitigating negative public sentiment and damage to the company brand.
