Yuit partnered with the Arctic Education Foundation on the 2024 Ivalu Gala, celebrating the immense, powerful, and awe-inspiring Arctic Ocean. This year’s theme drew from the ocean’s striking contrasts—the stillness of drifting icebergs, the sudden breach of a bowhead whale, and the delicate tracks of a polar bear across snow-covered terrain. Through the Ivalu Gala, the Arctic Education Foundation honors this beauty and strength by investing in the future of our young people, helping them succeed through education and opportunity.
